Our Facility

We have the capability to produce and package, working one shift daily, 4,000 pounds or more of all beef hot dog chili. We have a superior product that uses only pure ground beef and no sausage or fillers like textured vegetable protein or soy. Our chili contains brand name ingredients and spices.

We utilize a slow-cook process that allows the product to simmer to blend these ingredients and spices giving us a distinctive flavor. Our hot dog chili contains no additives or preservatives and has a recommended shelf life of up to two years frozen and 30 days thawed. We currently package our product in 1 pound, 3 pound and 5 pound containers. Our operational times during which a USDA inspector may be present for production are 7 am – 3:30 pm weekdays.

Our storage facility can hold more than 2,000 cases of packaged product ready for transport to a location near you.
