Nachos
 
Add Custard Stand Hot Dog Chili to your favorite tortilla chips for Nachos with Chili.  Top with cheese sauce or jalapeno cheese sauce for Nachos with Chili & Cheese
 
 
The Last Resort - Hot Mexican Dip
 
1lb. CSHDC 1lb. Velveeta Cheese 1 can Rotel Tomatoes with Hot Chilies Mix all together and warm until an internal temperature of 158 degrees, stirring to keep from scorching (a double boiler works well). Serve with nacho chips for dipping.
 
Elvin's Chili Burger
 
 1/4 lb hamburger 3 - 5 Tbsp CSHDC 1/2 Onion Prepare your hamburger from whatever type beef you prefer. Then smother it with grilled onions & Custard Stand Hot Dog Chili. Serve it on a toasted buttered bun. According to Elvin, with CSHDC there is nothing no better! You may add any other toppings or condiments you choose.  
 
 
Taco Salad
 
Start with a small basic tossed salad.  Add tortilla chips to the outside edges.  Place 1/2 cup of Custard Stand Hot Dog Chili on top of salad and top with 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.  Serve with salsa and sour cream if desired.
 
 
Chili Cheese Fries
 
Add your favorite type cheese on top of an order of hot french fries.  Cover with 1/2 to 1 cup of Custard Stand Hot Dog Chili. 
 
 
Chili Cheese Baked Potato
 
Add your favorite type cheese on top a hot baked potato split in the middle.  Cover with 1/2 to 1 cup of Custard Stand Hot Dog Chili.  Add broccoli, jalapenos, diced onions, bacon bits, olives, etc for a loaded potato.
 
 
Quick Tacos
 
Heat up Custard Stand Hot Dog Chili instead of preparing hamburger with taco seasoning.  Add cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion or any other taco toppings to tortillas for tasty tacos.
 
 
Tasty Bowl Chili
 
1 lb Custard Stand Hot Dog Chili                  1 lb kidney beans
2 Tbsp. Chili Powder                                         1 lb diced tomatoes (if desired)
 
Combine ingredients in a cooker.  Heat on med high for 5 minutes.  Simmer for 10 more minutes.  Serve with crackers or cornbread.  Top with cheese if desired.  May use with 3 lb or 5 lb sizes, just increase other ingredients accordingly.
 
 
Roger's Southwestern Chili or Tortilla Chip Dip
 
1 lb Custard Stand Hot Dog Chili                      2 Tbsp taco seasoning
1 lb black beans                                                       1 cup of diced green chiles
1/2 cup brown sugar
 
Combine ingredients in a saucepan.  Bring mixture to a boil, immedietly reduce heat and simmer for at least 15 minutes.  Place in serving bowls and add a generous portion of shredded cheese or a heaping spoonful of sour cream on top.  Serve with taco chips.
 

Diana's Goulash


1 lb Custard Stand Hot Dog Chili                      2 Cups Cooked Elbow Macaroni

 Cook the macaroni according to directions. Heat up 1 lb of Custard Stand Hot Dog Chili. Mix these items together for the best goulash this side of the Mississippi!
